We know that disability support work can sometimes be challenging, both physically and mentally. That is why we have an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide counselling and psychological support to our workers when they need it.
All Hireup employees, including our support workers, have access to an EAP program run by Acacia Connection. You’re entitled to up to 4 hours of free, confidential counselling per employee and your immediate family per year.
You also have access to other support services which include financial coaching, nutritional support and a legal referral service.
