Confirmation of employment as a Hireup support worker
Hireup is the legal employer of all support workers on our platform. If you need to provide an employment reference for the purposes of a lease/loan application with a property/lending manager, please contact Hireup at hello@hireup.com.au with your written request to provide you with confirmation of employment directly. Please note that we can provide a letter confirming your employment with Hireup, but cannot provide a reference.
Hireup cannot provide this information directly to third parties or websites.

Can Hireup provide me with a reference?
Hireup can't provide references for any employees. This is because we don’t see you at work, or the skills you demonstrate, your behaviour, or your communication skills.
If you’d like a work reference, feel free to ask the person you support or their account manager for one. If they don’t wish to provide a reference, please respect that decision.
Hireup can provide a letter confirming your employment with Hireup, but cannot provide a reference. If you’d like written proof of employment, please email us at hello@hireup.com.au.
