A Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (previously known as a National Police Check) is only required if you wish to provide transport support to Hireup clients.
If you’d like to provide transport support please upload a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check to your Hireup application. This check needs to be an Australian employment check, unsupervised or supervised contact (not ‘no contact’) and issued within the past 24 months.
If you’d like to provide transport support but don’t have a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, you can apply online with CVCheck and receive your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check via email (usually within 24 hours). Once received, please upload the full check (with all pages) to your Hireup application for review.
Please note: We review Hireup applications as a whole, and cannot give a definitive answer before the entire application is reviewed for legal reasons. Therefore, your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check will only be reviewed once your Hireup application has been submitted.
If another employer has your Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check that’s okay. Please request a copy and upload it to your Hireup application. Hireup will not request a copy on your behalf. If your employer won’t provide a copy you will need to apply for a new Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
