What is a service agreement?
A service agreement is a contract between you and Hireup, it is the start of our relationship. It sets out what we can expect from each other, our responsibilities and obligations to you and the responsibilities you have as part of our community.
The service agreement includes the terms of your agreement with Hireup including (but not limited to) information about:
- Hireup’s obligations to you
- Your obligations
- Payment terms
- Bookings & cancellations
- Health and safety requirements and expectations
- Reporting expectations and process
- Confidentiality obligations (both yours and Hireup’s)
- How the agreement can be ended and when

Where can I find my service agreement?
Follow the steps below to find your service agreement:
- Log in to your user account, navigate to the top right corner of the screen, and click on your photo located beside the messages icon
- From the drop-down menu select Settings
- Select Account from the left-hand side menu
- Your Agreement is listed at the bottom of the page
