Editing Your Profile
It’s important to keep your details up to date. Once your profile is approved on the Hireup platform, you can update your profile:
- Log into your Hireup Client Profile
- Select your Profile Picture (top right-hand corner of your screen)
- Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu
- From the options provided, select the section you wish to update or edit
- Select ‘Save’ once your details have been updated
Hiding your Hireup Profile
Your profile is visible to verified Hireup users by default. You can hide your profile to remove it from all search results.
Verified users you have previously messaged or had bookings with will still be able to view your profile, send messages and request bookings.
To set your account to private:
- Log into your Hireup Profile
- Select your Profile Picture (top right-hand corner of your screen)
- Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu
- From the ‘Account Status’ menu, select ‘Hide my Profile’
- Select ‘Save’ once your preferences have been updated
Deactivating your Hireup Profile
If you wish to deactivate your Hireup Profile, you can do so at any time.
Steps to take before you deactivate your Hireup account:
- Notify your Hireup Support network that you are finishing services with Hireup.
- Ensure all outstanding payments are paid/received.
