If you’ve forgotten the password you use to sign in to your Hireup account, you can reset it at any time.
The password you choose must:
- Be a new password
- Be at least 12 characters long
- Contain at least one capital letter
- Contain at least one number

Not have been breached, or from a website that has been previously hacked into
To reset your Password:
- Navigate to Hireup's Login Page
- Click ‘Forgot Password’ (located below the ‘Password’ field)
- Enter the email address attached to your Hireup account
- Click ‘Submit’ (located below the Email field) once only

Check your email inbox for a new ‘Password Reset’ email from Hireup
- If it hasn’t arrived within 30 minutes please call Hireup on (02) 9113 5933 for assistance

Open this new email and select ‘Reset my password’
- The emailed link is only active for 24 hours
- In some cases, it might be useful to access the link in an Incognito window
- Enter your new password and select ‘Update my Password’
- Click in ‘Return to log in’, and log into your Hireup profile
Changing your Password
If you decide to change your current password to something else:
- Log into your Hireup Profile
- Select your Profile Picture (top right-hand corner of your screen)
- Select ‘Settings’ from the drop-down menu and then ‘Account’ from the menu on the left-hand side of your screen

Under ‘Change your Password’ complete the fields
- Current Password
- New Password
- New Password Confirmation
- Click ‘Save’
