Who does this policy apply to?
This Policy applies to all Approved Users. In addition to the terms contained in the Service Agreement, this policy is incorporated by reference, and is legally binding on you. If this Policy conflicts with the Services Agreement, this Policy will prevail to the extent of any inconsistency.
Capitalised words have the meaning set out in the Glossary.
Your responsibilities
In the event the Service Agreement comes to an end for any reason, then unless otherwise advised by us, Clients and/or Account Managers must:
- immediately notify any Support Workers you have future Confirmed Bookings with, and cancel those Bookings, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy;
- finalise any outstanding approvals or authorisations on the Platform (as appropriate);
- pay any amounts due in respect of any Completed Bookings;
- request that your Account be deactivated by emailing hello@hireup.com.au;
- cease use of, or access to, the Platform;
- not record any Confidential Information in any form;
- return any Hireup and/or Hireup Group property to Hireup, including Confidential Information;
- not represent yourself as a Hireup Client or Account Manager on the Platform or as having any continued association or arrangement with Hireup;
- on request, certify to Hireup that you have complied with your obligations under this Policy; and
- do all things and execute all documents necessary to give effect to the above obligations and any reasonable directions by us.
Termination of the Service Agreement will not affect any rights or liability that accrued prior. If Hireup terminated the Service Agreement for any reason, any future Bookings (including Confirmed Bookings) will be cancelled by Hireup. You will still be required to pay any Booking Fees due in respect of any Completed Bookings that occurred prior to the date of termination.
