How to find a worker’s qualifications
There are several ways to find a worker’s qualifications:
-
On a worker’s profile
When you’re viewing a worker’s profile* you can scroll down to the Qualifications section to find their qualifications. This includes certifications they’ve completed and certifications they’re currently studying for.
*Worker qualifications can only be viewed on your desktop, not on the Hireup app.
You can also find a worker’s qualifications in search results.
-
When reviewing job applications
As you review applications for a job you’ve posted you’ll be able to easily view each applicant’s qualifications.
Save a worker’s profile
If you’ve found a worker who is qualified or will soon be qualified to provide you with the support you need, you can save their profile so you can contact them in the future.
Simply navigate to the left side of the worker’s profile and click the Save icon.
In the menu bar in the top right, you can click the star icon to review all of the worker profiles you have saved.
Now you can message or book any of your saved support workers who have the qualifications you need.
How does Hireup verify a support worker’s qualifications?
Support workers will initially "self declare" their qualifications by uploading proof of their certifications to their Hireup profile. Hireup will then verify their declared qualifications on a regular basis. When reviewing a support worker’s qualifications, you’ll be able to quickly tell which qualifications have been self-declared and which have been verified by Hireup.
This is an example of a support worker’s initial self-declared qualification, and after Hireup has verified their qualification.
What are the different levels of qualifications a support worker may have?
Depending on the level of their qualifications, there are many areas of support a worker may be qualified to provide. Here’s the range of qualifications you can expect to see if a worker has uploaded their qualifications to their profile.
