What Workers information is shared publicly?
No information about our Support Workers is shared with general members of the public unless they have opted-in to do so. If a Support Worker has opted-in to sharing their Hireup Profile with general members of the public, information will only be shared pursuant to our Privacy Policy.
If Support Workers have not opted-in to sharing their Hireup Profile with general members of the public, only Approved Users are able to see their Hireup Profile.
What Client information is shared publicly?
No information about our Clients is shared with general members of the public. Only Approved Users are able to see Client Hireup Profiles. Client Support Plans can only be viewed by Support Workers Clients have made a Booking with.
Sharing of Contact Details
We will never share Approved User’s personal contact details with other Hireup Approved Users. It is up to the Approved User to decide when it is necessary to share this information. Most Approved Users share this information via Hireup private message when a Booking has been made.
