People seeking support make the bookings on Hireup and support workers can then confirm or decline the booking. Once you have been requested for a shift, you will need to log into your Hireup profile and confirm.
- Log into your Hireup profile
- Click on bookings located at the top of your screen
- Under the heading booking requests click on view on the booking you are wanting to confirm
- Review the booking details and click confirm
Bookings are flexible, so not to worry if your shift runs overtime, you will be able to add in any changes after you have completed your shift. Once you have completed your shift, log into your Hireup profile to confirm your hours.

- Under the heading bookings to submit, click edit on the shift you have just completed
- Click edit again to make any changes to the start or finish times if needed, and add in your kilometres (if you provided transport support)
- Click save and submit
- Your shift is then sent to the person you have supported, to review and approve
