Introduction and Background
Hireup’s Team works with each client to set them up through assessment and skill building. The team supports where needed and refers as appropriate.
At Hireup, we believe that a person living with complex mental health has the right to direct the support they receive while being supported by experienced and educated team members. Our processes are simple and tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
We gather information that focuses on their external support network, goals, areas of risk and crisis planning as needed. While ongoing, we review this information with the person and ensure all information is up to date, relevant and shared with the person's team, with their consent.
Hireup understands that everyone has their own unique experience when committed to their personal recovery journey. We acknowledge that recovery in mental health is a non-linear process and we aim to support and encourage individuals to meet their goals and to strive towards effective choice and responsibility while living a meaningful and connected life.
