delay in approval of hours worked

Does anyone else have problems with ensuring the people they support approve the hours you work?

I submit the hours promptly but I am constantly waiting for the person I supported to approve them.  

 

I have emailed the person and contacted the person via phone, what else can I do?

    We understand this can be frustrating, even after reaching out to the people you support.

    If your shifts aren't being approved by Sunday midnight and are not making the cut off so you receive your correct pay, please contact our Community Support team on (02) 9113 5933 or at: hello@hireup.com.au so they can address this for you. 

    With the release of our app, hopefully it will be a bit easier and faster for all Hireup users to approve bookings.
