What is the Hireup Service Feedback Survey?
The Hireup Service Feedback Survey is being conducted to understand feedback from NDIS participants and support workers who have previously used Hireup, and are currently using a disability support provider other than Hireup. This questionnaire is part of a research project. If you have been asked to complete this questionnaire, you will be sent an email with a link.
Why is Hireup doing this survey?
As a purpose-led organisation, Hireup aims to deliver effective and seamless services for people with disability and support workers. This research project is designed to learn more about how we can continue to improve our product and service experience for our community.
The questionnaire includes a series of open response and rating questions, and should take about 15 minutes to complete.
Privacy Notice: What will Hireup do with the results?
Hireup will be collecting the email address used to complete the survey and your responses for the purposes of analysing the trends in the questionnaire results to make improvements to our product and service. We may also use the information collected to contact you. For more information about how we handle your information, please visit our Privacy Policy.
What if I don’t want to participate in the questionnaire?
That’s totally fine! It’s an optional questionnaire, there is no requirement to participate.

What are the T+Cs concerning the questionnaire incentives?
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Hireup Pty Ltd (ABN 32 600 120 787) is conducting the Questionnaire (“Questionnaire”) and is responsible for the associated draw in which 4 prizes can be won by participants who complete the Questionnaire.
- These terms and conditions govern your participation in Hireup’s Questionnaire which, upon completion, will enter you into a draw to win 1 of 4 prizes offered by Hireup.
- By completing the Questionnaire, you are acknowledging that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions and that the Questionnaire and your participation in the draw will be bound by these terms and conditions.
- There is no entry free to participate in Hireup’s Questionnaire or the draw.
- Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple responses to the Questionnaire and thereby multiple entries into the draw will be disqualified.
- The opening date for entry will be 08/04/2024.
- The closing date for entry will be on 01/05/2024. No further entries will be accepted after this date unless Hireup, in its sole discretion, extends the closing date for entry.
- Hireup will not be responsible for any entries not received for whatever reason.
- The prize winners consent and agree for their initial first name, last name and postcode to be published on the Hireup website, identifying them as the prize winners of the draw.
Eligibility & Entry Requirements
- The entrant must have previously used Hireup as either a client/NDIS participant, or as a support worker.
- The entrant must have completed the Questionnaire in full.
- The entrant must have completed at least one (1) booking via the Hireup platform, within the last 2 years.
- No Hireup Support Office employees or family members of Hireup Support Office employees can participate in the Questionnaire.
Prizes
- Upon completing the Questionnaire, you will be placed in a draw to win 1 of 4 prizes.
- Each prize will be a preloaded digital debit card valued at $300.
- You can only win 1 of the 4 prizes.
- After reasonable efforts are made to contact all prize winners, any unclaimed prizes will be held by Hireup for 2 months from the date of the draw, after which time, a new prize winner will be drawn.
- If a prize winner does not claim their prize within 2 months from the date of the draw, a new prize winner will be drawn, at Hireup, via the same method used to draw the original prize winners.
Drawing of Winners
- The draw will be conducted after two weeks, unless otherwise advised by Hireup, at Hireup (Ground Floor, 120 Pacific Hwy, Greenwich NSW) via a random name picker software overseen by the Hireup Design Team.
- Participants cannot attend the drawing of the prizes.
- Within 7 business days from the draw, the 4 prize winners will be separately notified in writing of their success in the draw.
- The prize winners must claim their prize by confirming receipt of Hireup’s email notifying them of being a prize winner.
- The prize winners’ initial first name, last name and postcode will be published on the Hireup website after confirmation.
- The prize winners will receive their prizes within 28 days from the date of the draw.
