As a Hireup employee you are expected to abide by our code of conduct and renew any required documents before they expire. This article outlines additional expectations regarding our compliance process. It is important that you are contactable and respond to emails from our team promptly in line with our employment agreement.
Employee Agreement 2.1
This Agreement and your employment is subject to, and conditional upon, the following conditions:
(d) you communicating with Hireup and its Representatives fully, honestly and promptly, cooperating with Hireup at all times, and following any instructions or requests for information made by Hireup
Hireup will follow up with you if any of your required documents are due to expire. We’ll email you to let you know and continue to chase you up if we haven’t received the updated document closer to its expiry date. While Hireup will provide reminders, it is your responsibility to ensure that your required documents are up to date. Our number one priority is the safety of the Hireup community and providing support without valid documentation puts clients at risk.
If you are in breach of your employment requirements, we may need to restrict your account. If this happens, we’ll contact the people you support to give them ample notice to find other support workers.
