In August, we announced that Hireup would be invoicing the NDIA directly for the cost of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), rather than charging participants. This was made possible after advocating to the government based on your feedback.
We have been working with the NDIA to invoice for your support worker’s PPE, however we're unable to resolve this without your NDIS number.
We now need your NDIS number to invoice the NDIA for your support worker's past use of PPE. This will also allow us to react quickly to any future need for PPE. We understand you may have developed another system of using PPE, but in order for the NDIA to meet its commitment to funding the allowance we have been paying your support workers for several months and into the future, your NDIS number is required.
It will not cost clients money when we process these claims. We will store your number securely.
