There are four ways you can create a booking via the app
Via the "create booking" button on the bookings screen
On the top right, under My Account, there is an icon that you can tap to create a new booking. You'll only be able to book someone in your current support team. To book someone new, book them via their profile or a recent conversation with them (see instructions below)

Via someone's profile
Navigate to the "Book" button which will appear a the bottom of your screen.

Via My Team
Tap on My Account (displayed as your profile picture) on the top right of the screen. You can then tap on one of the support workers and book them. The support workers who appear in your team have all worked with you previosuly, new connections will not appear here until you book them.

Via a message
Tap on the calendar icon next to the 3 dots (...) on the top right of a conversation with a support worker that you want to book.
