If someone seeking support has made a booking with you and they require specialised support, you’ll receive an automated email with a private link to all relevant plans. Examples of specialised support plans could include epilepsy management, tube feeding or behaviour management plans.
To ensure that you’re well equipped to provide safe and effective support, you’ll need to read and understand all specialised support plans. It’s important to read these plans before your shift to ensure you have time to ask questions to the person you’re supporting if anything isn’t clear.
The private link you receive will remain active for as long as you are logged in and have upcoming bookings with that person you support. If you have any issues accessing the link or lose the link, please contact Hireup immediately.
