You’re required to update your support plan every 12 months, which we’ll prompt you to do.
We value the safety of all our users, and keeping your support plan up to date is really important to ensure support workers have the information they need to best support you. As an NDIS registered provider, we’re also required to ensure compliance to the NDIS practice standards.
In your support plan, it’s important to include key information about your support needs, NDIS goals, and details about specialised supports. This could include noting additional support documents such as mealtime management, transfer procedures, behaviour support plans, etc.
