Please log into your portal before following the steps below.
- Click the Home button located within the top left of the display
- Select My Service Booking from the homepage
- Select View Service Booking
- Locate the Service Booking that is ACTIVE with Hireup, and select the Service Booking number
- Select Request Update allocation
- Enter in the new amount for your service booking into the Revised Unit Price box
Revised Unit Price is the total amount of the service booking. This includes the amount you originally had allocated, plus the new amount.
For example: Your original Service Booking with Hireup was $1000. You now would like to add another $1000 to this Service Booking. The revised unit price will be: $2000
- Revised Quantity should remain as “1"
- Review your details, and click submit
