What is an incident?
An incident is a significant event that has happened whilst you are on shift. You are required to report this to the Hireup team within 24 hours through our incident report form. An incident could include things such as:
- An injury
- An accident
- Emergency services being called
- Stolen goods
If you are needing to leave any feedback from your booking, you have the option to leave booking feedback at the end of every shift on Hireup.
What is an incident report?
Whenever an incident occurs, you are required to report this to the Hireup team within 24 hours of this happening. An incident report will outline details of the incident. This will include details such as:
- The time of the incident
- The location of the incident
- A description of the incident
- Who was involved in the incident
After completing the incident report form, it will be sent through to our 24hour incident response team. You will also be provided with an out of hours incident number to call if needed.
