Pay is processed fortnightly and invoices are issued weekly.
As a registered NDIS provider, invoicing will depend on how your NDIS funding is managed. Payment options include:
- Self managed: Invoices are sent directly to you
- Plan managed: Invoices are sent directly to your plan manager
- NDIA managed: We arrange to have invoices paid through the online NDIS participant portal through a service booking
