All Hireup users are responsible for submitting and approving shifts on time. To pay support workers on time, bookings need to be submitted by Sunday midnight.
To ensure you approve your shifts on time we recommend following this guide:
- Once you’ve made a booking with your support worker and they’ve completed that shift, your support worker will need to log on to Hireup to submit their hours. When submitting their shift, your support worker can also adjust their hours or add kilometres if they provided transport support in the booking.
- Once the booking has been submitted by your worker, you will need to login to review and approve the booking. You need to approve the booking before the Sunday deadline so that invoicing and the payment to your support worker is not delayed.
Note: Shifts that are not approved by the Sunday before the fortnightly payroll will be automatically pushed to the following fortnight’s payroll.
