This will depend on the type of support required by the person you are supporting. Each profile will outline the support requirements, quick facts and preferences of the particular user. Further verbal and/or written instructions will be provided by the individual or their account manager at a meet and greet or on the first booking. It is the responsibility of the person seeking support to explain to you exactly what tasks need to be performed on a daily basis.
